«Dynamo-Moscow» will check willingness to Irkutsk world championship

On November, 15 held a regular working meeting of the Directorate for the preparation and conduct XXXIV the world championship on bandy, games which will be held in January-February next year. The meeting was chaired by head of the Directorate, the President of Federation of bandy of the Irkutsk region Vladimir Маtienkо.

About the first issue concerning the organization of delivery of persons with disabilities for world Cup matches, Spoke Ludmila Маlkovskaya, head of the organization of social services Ministry of social development, custody and guardianship in the Irkutsk region. Unfortunately, failed to provide access to the stadium wheelchair users, and exclusively for physiological reasons, for their own safety. As for other groups of persons with disabilities, today almost three hundred people have expressed their desire to visit the world championship. By the end of December will be determined lists of fans. The organizing Committee of the world championship will give them tickets for the matches, and will provide transport.

The second issue of the agenda was considered «On work of translators in the period of preparation and holding of the championship of the world». Today formed a team of 14 people, after two weeks of this work will be completed in early December the translators specify their areas of work: some will work with the judges, and the latter — with VIP-guests, and others — with the teams. Besides, the translators will be involved and judges-informants.

Directorate continuously monitors the progress of the preparation of the stadium «Trud» for the world Cup, because it would be the main arena and face of the tournament. Remember that not so long ago, there was held a special workshop on «Trud». During this time, the work that was planned to be fulfilled is full. Rostrum ready, old tile around the stadium replaced with asphalt, facades repaired. The only unresolved until the end of the question associated with the lighting masts. As you know, the old floodlights dismantled at the end of September, on their place will be installed new ones. The first 300 spotlights (all of them should be installed about 900) will arrive in Irkutsk next week.

All works on installation of lighting should be completed by December, 18. This day «Baikal-Energy» carries out the home match against rivals from «Dynamo-Moscow», and in terms of preparation for the world Cupit is very important that this meeting was held at the stadium «Trud». After careful consideration of all options have decided to print it in Irkutsk, in the printing house «Repro». This turned out to be more profitable and the price and possibility to control the process directly on the spot, and on print quality.

Completely resolved the issue of postal envelopes with the emblem of the championship of the world. Itself envelope will go on free sale and will be sold throughout Russia, and on the first day of the championship will solemnly held official damping of the envelopes.

Difficult question was the question concerning the options sale of tickets for matches of the world championship. The matter is that from January, 1 shall enter into force the new Russian law on organizing sports events, according to which the tickets for sporting events can be purchased only upon presentation of passport. So one of the next meetings of the Directorate will focus specifically on the sale of tickets, which will be determined by the price policy and the final ways of sale.

Note that if before selling the tickets was planned to begin after the holidays, and now, most likely start date of sale will be shifted to an earlier date — twenties number of December.

Will organize the sale of season tickets (tickets) for all matches, which are held at the stadium «Trud».
